a horrible coworker. usually a female with large hideous features and a miserable personal life. a charlotte usually has no pleasure in her personal life and makes her job her life which she fails miserably at as well. these people tend to live long lives strictly to make others as well as themselves miserable. they also tend to have a distinct odor to them and extreme hair loss to add to their horrid existence!
