“a sheila” is a person who gets the party started. she’s loud – colorful, hip clothes – awesome shoes – awesome in general – friends with all – plans all the functions – ties everyone together and makes sure they are having fun. she’s witty. if you are down, she makes you laugh and smile. every office or circle of friends needs a sheila!
