abdication of parental duties

what many parents in modern america are guilty of.
many years ago, parents were happy to accept responsibility for making sure their children grew up right. not so today.
today, parents look to others, mainly the government, to take care of their children while they go off and engage in “adult” activities. they put their toddlers in “daycare centers,” enroll their children in government-run “public schools,” and depend on organizations like the mpaa to decide what kinds of media their kids should be allowed to view.
naturally, this type of “parenting” can cause the kids to grow up dysfunctional, ruining an entire generation.
abdication of parental duties oughta be a capital offense.
