a public official on the state or federal level that put’s his/her personal, philosophical, or religious values over the const-tutional rights of others by denying the public services based on those specific views.
an activist public official ignores the rule of law determined by the judaical system in the country and state/province they work in and their oath as public official to deny state/federal rights given to the citizens the public official is sworn to serve.
