the legendary sub-aquatic city once home to millions of antarctigonians, but is inhabited by only hundreds now; this is largely due to de-evolution of the antarctigonians to a standard h-m- sapien. without their gill-like protrusions from their feet, they have to rely on modern technology to inhabit the city.
