the opposite of pantsing (shockingly enough). the act of finishing dressing the mentally deficient and those incapable of grasping the concept of trousers.
how its done:
1. find yourself a chump who never graduated ‘putting your pants on 101’
2. help the poor fellow finish dressing himself and pull his pants up.
3. (optional) b-tch slap that cretin
