half and half.
a term used to describe someone who has only one parent from newfoundland. coined by newfies to describe half-breeds (half newfie-half mainlander). an arf n arf does not exactly qualify as a newfoundlander, but is often tolerated.
charlotte married a fellow from winnipeg. her kids will all be arf n arf.
