Arqcident
this is a recent sydney term which refers to an ‘accidental’ visit to the popular nightclub arq. for example planning to go out for one drink at 8pm, one thing leads to another and all of a sudden you are in arq at 3am.
the problem is that this has been completely overused now….and people are using it on their facebook updates when they actually planned all along to go out to arq – therefore no accident at all. this is a very annoying term and useage should be strictly limited.
ooops, was planning an early night and morning at the gym but i had an arqcident and now have to call in sick to work.
