a term used to describe anyone you don’t like, someone who thinks they have an idea of what they’re doing but they really dont have a f-cking clue, someone who talks behind your back, sumone who has sum sucky -ss come backs and is really dumb, or is just a complete -sshole etc… this is a very flexible word
