being at the carnival can be caused by dehydration, too much partying, not enough sleep, too much stress, or when you’re just completely out of it and etc.

devon: nothing, i’m just at the carnival. i was up till 3 writing a paper last night.
or while outside of baskin robins, you can wake up and say
‘are we at the carnival?’
