attitude jockey
someone who is constantly stand offish and unhelpful
first noted among some computer systems guys who know their own field and want to keep it to themselves
they ride on a horse called att-tude which is always a loser
when asked a question by someone who is learning, an att-tude jockey will say ‘what you don’t know that?’ forgetting that they didn’t know before they learnt it
