a song or tune that someone starts to sing/hum then every1 else gets it stuck in their heads for the rest of that lesson/day
several people in history lesson humming/singing the same tune but @ different stages:
bill (not humming): “g-d d-mn audio viruses, they spread so fast”
stace (humming): “what?”
bill: “argh!”
