the act of placing one’s sack in another’s mouth whilst in a reverse squatting position and then proceeding to a tickle-fest, which causes the teabaggee to panic and squirm resulting in pleasure for the teabagger. first coined by steven f austin at a saloon on the colorado river in waterloo, the phrase gained popularity in the late 1830s and waterloo was changed to austin, texas in commemoration of the phrase.
person 1: tonight, will you teabag me again?
