Australian Relay


a race where two teams start from opposite ends of a 25 yard pool, and try to catch the other team. a team wins when they have successfully caught up to the opposing team. this form of relay is grueling and generally takes a while.
man we just finished an australian relay at swim practice and i am exhausted!!
