B.A.B.S.
b.a.b.s. or big -ss ball syndrome is the act of having a gigantic ball on either the right or left side. the nut in most cases is about 3 times the size of your normal everyday t-st-c-l. men who have b.a.b.s. are usually forced to walk with a limp and will more than likely suffer from back problems later in life due to the increaseed weight in the sack region. this is also commonly referred to as elephant-tis or softball sack.
note: it is extremely rare, but not unheard of to have two enormous b-lls in a single sack (see b.a.s.s. for more detail).
