the belchertown spliff (full name of the b-town spliff.) is a tobacco/marijuana hybrid variant. combing the two in a tobacco pipe (preferably a corncob, abundant in the hill towns of western m-ssachusetts. commonly found at bonfires and wherever pipe tobacco is consumed.
