the derogative name used to describe one who is so p-ssy that it would be generous to refer to them as a normal size p-ssy, hence baby puss. a baby puss often cannot complete a proper sized bong hit or drink a reasonable amount of alcohol. one can often identify a babypuss through a trail of gay beers or the lonely kid crying outside of the party because he is drunk.
