not being able to get anything else done while cooking bacon, as one has to keep running in the kitchen or over to the pan to check and see if it needs turned over, or is about done. invariably, if one doesn’t run check the bacon, it will burn up in about 30 seconds!
i was trying to was dishes and cook bacon at the same time. while baconsitting, i couldn’t get anything done. i had to keep looking at the bacon, and adjusting it, and then running over and washing about three dishes, and running back. then the phone rang, and the bacon immediately burnt while i was saying, “h-llo.”
