bad bag of dope
1. any amount of a non-specific drug (commonly weed), that appears to be acceptable, but is so bad that upon ingestion you realize it was not worth the time, money and effort. there is a probability a sizable portion will go unused.
2. can be referred to a person you had high hopes for but let’s you down.
