n. bacterial, viral, or fungal inflammation of the head of the p-n-s. can also be caused by cleaning the p-n-s too often. 7.6 cases per 100 men at risk in circ-mcised men and 14.4 cases per 100 men at risk among uncirc-mcised men. most of the time, circ-mcision or a carbon dioxide laser are the preferred methods of treatment. one can avoid circ-mcision if treated with the er:yag laser in most cases.
