Ball Clamp
a training technique in golf. if a person’s head comes up too much during their swing and it is adversely affecting their shot, a clamp can be hung around their neck and attatched to their groin so they will have incentive not to pull their head up during a shot.
“i kept slicing all my teeshots to the right, so my trainer made me wear a ball clamp all game!”
