the flaps tailors cut in the back of suit jackets, ostensibly for ventilation, but actually to allow -rs- bandits easier access. most modern jackets have either one or two bandit flaps upon them, but traditional, well cut and stylish jackets will have nothing to do with this bizarre practice.
