1. someone and/or something that has no hand-eye co-ordination, and cannot walk/run properly without looking like a spaz.
2. someone who regularly catches the common cold and may die as a result, “runny-nose.”
3. someone who can dish it out. but cannot take it.

the smell emanating from a bar, pub (uk) or to be honest any purveyor of beer following a heavy night on the town. usually discovered by bar staff or p-ssheads at 10 am. “omg i had the worst case of bar stink this morning walking past the pub, dude it was f-cking rotten”
