a modern take on the 60’s exclamation “cool beans,” only cooler because the beans are now frozen, perhpas on a popsicle-esque stick–completely interchangeable with this phrase. utilized as an expression of affirmation; often found as a response to fellow conversant’s comment as a form of overarching approval. must be used in the plural form only unless a literal popsicle of frozen beans is present.
