Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad
26-episode anime and ongoing manga about a boy in j-pan (koyuki) trying to make it big with his rock band. follows the band’s ups and downs and koyuki’s gradual rise to maturity as the series progresses. a unique and fairly well down series that makes numerous references to real world music and also has an amazing original soundtrack.
