1: being extremly wet.
2: being sunk, as in someone being put back in their place. is synonymous with the word “owned” in this context.
3: knocked unconcious (not usually used).
etymology: comes from the sinking of the belgrano in the falklands war in 1982, leadng to the death of hundreds of argentinian soldiers. is widely regarded as an over reaction, as it was sailing away from the islands at the time of attack.
