Bellefonte
bellefonte is a less-than-less-than-average ghetto located in central pennsylvania. this is where many pennsylvanians may end up due to alcohol/drug problems, confused race, incest, inability to make money, or pure love for hunting and/or fishing (see: red neck syndrome). on average, the iq of a bellefonteer is lower than the number of points on their last buck. some bellefonteers see residents of the nearby town of state college as elitists, while it is clear that state collegians are naturally better at life. it is said by many that if you do not completely hate life, venturing to bellefonte wouldn’t be in your best interest.
