Benjamitus
the phenomena of unexplained disappearance of one person from a regular group of friends, or disinterest in hanging out, characterized by school letting out for the summer. this includes, but is not limited to, not answering their phone, not calling, ignoring, in some cases traveling to other parts of the world, and just not chillin.
also known as “ben syndrome”, “houdini-ing”, “crankin dat ben” and the “benjamin virus”.
matt: “yo where the f-ck’s ben been at?”
luis: “bro, school let out last week, he’s got benjamitus.”
matt: “oh, he’s crankin dat ben?”
luis: “yeah but we’ll see him when our junior year starts.”
