bibletheque
an informal term for library, derived from the spanish word biblioteca (which means library).
the term has nothing to do with the holy bible (save that the bible is a book), and is etymololgically related to discotheque. bibletheque is almost exclusively used by high school students taking spanish cl-sses, usually during or after their spanish cl-ss.
