to chug a bottle / can / cup of beer or some other beverage from ones biceps, offering someone the opportunity to flex one’s muscles while chugging a beverage (preferably alcoholic).
she asked me to flex my muscles for her, but i needed to drink her pretty before we could hook up, so i bicep chugged my beer for her.
