Bieser
a person, usually handicapped of some sort, who whines until the point where all tasks involving physical or mental effort are performed by others on the behalf of the bieser.
bieser: the grocery bag is too heavy, waah waah, my family will go hungry.
random bystander: what is the matter?
bieser: my family is starving and my muscle wasting disease prevents me from carrying it up the stairs
random bystander: i’ll help you, what apartment do you live on?
bieser: 5c.
