Bik pack
a combination of “bikram yoga” and “six pack abs.”
a “bik pack” is a false sense of abdominal definition caused by sucking in your stomach in front of a large mirror while doing yoga postures in a hot room— as is the custom in bikram yoga studios.
i was rocking bik pack abs during half moon pose (arms overhead, bending side to side, and then holding the posture for 30 seconds to a minute). sadly, my one pack returned when i exhaled and stood like a normal person.
