bitter t-ts is usually when someone is all uppity and bent out of shape about something for a dumb reason or even a valid reason. this can specially apply to females since they usually get angry over very trivial and dumb sh-t, but this phrase is not gender specific and can be used for any situation that calls for it.
melvin: “hey, look at that dog sh-tting in my laundry hamper?”
larry: “don’t get all bitter t-ts about it, at least it’s the dirty clothes hamper!”
