a moist, crumbly sausage containing blood, possibly oatmeal, and other sundry organs, that is usually consumed at breakfast with potato scones and eggs and tastes surprisingly delicious, despite it’s ingredients. when dipped in fish batter and combined with chips and curry sauce (the number one condiment in the u.k.), the result becomes pretty godd-mn tasty.
