blarre is a word derived from the french language in 1997 at a time when people were experimenting with recreational drugs in search of a marajuana alternative. the actual action – to blarre – involves the burning of/ boiling of certain items, such as various food items. this ,however, was very unsuccessful as it didn’t provide the high many were searching for.
