to be so completely rat -rs-d drunk that u can’t remember much the next day

a term to describe an able-visioned person who doesn’t see an item in the distance. not to be offensive to actual blindoes, people who cant see. when someone commits the act of being a blindo, a witness must scream “blindo” in a high pitched yet vicious voice.
“hey look kayla, there’s the mall”
“where?”
“over there, blindo!”
