Bling City
it is when you see something extremely gaudy and it makes you almost throw up. it’s like black people and mexicans putting 26 inch chrome rims on a civic. it is so disgusting. if you see that very often in a certain part of town, it is called bling city. it can also be called little mexico, the hood, or anywhere else there is absolutely no taste.
you see a tire shop selling all kinds of rims that only a few people actually like.
you: oh my god, look at those spinners! they are so awesome!
