this was originated from macungie, pa where a barbeque was taken place. a drunk man (the bbq griller) asked if someone wanted their “boan tusted”. no one knew what it mean’t at first, but then realized that the man was trying to say “do you want your bun toasted?” it now refers to grilling while hammered.
i went to this 4th of july family barbeque and my uncle was hardcore boan tustin’!
