Bodypopping


a dance orginating in the 1980’s where the joints of the body move in a sequence along the arms, torso, legs, so a wave appears to travel along the body.

body popping is a form of street dance. it is a continuous contracting and relaxing of your muscles to a rhythm or in a pattern. body parts used are cl-ssically your neck, torso, arms (biceps, triceps, forearms), and legs (b-ttocks, thighs, calf muscles). each movement or jerk of the body is known as a hit or pop which is where the term popping comes from. types of body popping are the robot, tutting and waving. someone who is able to body pop is known as a popper.
