one of those moments when someone tells you something saddening, but not serious enough for an “i’m sorry” but not light hearted enough that you can ignore it without being an -ss.
so you simple reply, “boo hoo moment”.
the friend then acknowledges this, and you proceed to move on with the conversation.
friend: “oh no! i spilt my drink all over my homework!”
you: … “boo hoo moment”.
friend: “indeed”.
