boomdangle refers to a p-n-s that has only reached half erection. this can also be known as a chubs or mini-bone. it occurs when a male is unsure about the circ-mstances he is in or is under the influence of a m-ss amount of alcohol. it is also cause by a minimal amount of fear that is not fearful enough to bring on the full fear b-n-r.
comes from the english words “boom”, which refers to the erected part, and “dangle”, the flaccid part.
