the word swagger is used commonly among members of the african american race and even in old spice commercials the term boss is also a common trend among rap artists like rick ross. the term bossability relates to people in a position of power including but not limited to ceo’s of large companies, men named gary, and well endowed men. a person who consistantly does great or above average things definitely posseses bossability. bossability can be put simply as the traits the make someone a boss!
