Bourbology
an apology-inspired gift purchase for the one wronged against; specifically, this gift is the recipient’s favorite brand of his favorite alcoholic beverage, bourbon.
dominique was being totally rude to nick one day; pmsing at him over something really silly. the next day, she felt really bad about it, so she bought him a bottle of booker’s cask bourbon as a bourbology.
nick says the booker’s tastes better when given as a bourbology, since he can taste exactly how wrong dominique was with every sip.
