a phrase that mexicans or mexican americans use that basically means to show people their best. it was derived from when poor mexicans used to go to america and work in low paying jobs. then they would come back home to their poor little towns and brag about their earnings and they would say, “lo trajimos al pueblo” which means bring it back in town. now it is used when mexicans or mexican americans are about to show off their dance moves, when they are about to freestyle a rap, when they are succesful and they come back to show off to their family, when their about to kick some -ss at a sporting event such as a soccer game, etc.
