bristol stool chart
a cl-ssification of poo into 7 different categories…
it was developed by k w heaton at the university of bristol.
the types of poos (1-7) on the chart go from hard stools, and hard to p-ss (constipation), to watery stools and easy to p-ss (diarrhea).
i have a bristol stool chart in my sh-tter so i can see what kind of stool i p-ssed!! today was a type 7!! very urgent and i needed to go and it was like a water fountain!!
