i. a term coined by graham stark and paul saunders in their videos “unskippables,” specifically their commentary of final fantasy vii: dirge of cerberus. this term was used to describe vincent’s need for a suitable environment for which to brood in (which is a perpetual need for him, as it were).
ii. the atmosphere that one feels as he or she broods. is generally delicate and easy to interrupt.
