this is an acronym for the phase “been seen with woodchucks.” this term is used for anytime when someone considered to be normal (or even of a higher status or cl-ss) is seen in close contact with other individuals that are identified as being of a lower status or cl-ss (e.g., nerds, pencil pushers, geeks, greenies, consultants, etc.). the use of the term woodchuck comes from the idea that these individuals are continuously bothersome with their chatter.
