the act of, whilst in bed with a partner and in the ‘spoons’ sleeping position, gently rubbing the p-n-s against the sleeping persons bottom in the hope that the ‘bubbee’ will turn round and say
“oh, go on then…”

“i’m afraid not old chap. i spent a good 30 minutes bubbing her last night and she just pretended to be asleep”
