a word to describe a person that tries too hard to be different from others, offtenly has weird hobbies, weird clothes and/or is an outsider.
example 1:
person 1: “hey, you heard about john joining a larp group?”
person 2: “yes i did, he is such a buddup…”
example 2:
person 1: “look at that guy! what a buddup!”
person 2: “haha, look at his mountain boots and that huge backpack!
