a person, usually a male, who thinks that they have a muscular, good looking physique. this person will wear t-shirts 2 sizes too small and walk around trying to stick out their chest. will talk about how much they work out only to be laughed at by the opposite s-x because of their puny appearance. it can also be someone new to the world of weight lifting who has lifted for 2 days and thinks they are ronnie coleman.
hey jim, did you see that skinny guy at the gym yesterday? he benched 75 lbs one time then got up as i walked by and flexed like he just benched 300. i grabbed him and threw him 15 feet over to the weight machines where he needs to be. he’s just another buff wannabe.
